"Audiology began gigging in early 2005 after forming in late September of 2004. We are the product of two Orlando bands combined into one. The chemistry was undeniable from the start, and things took off early in the local scene for us. Our first gig was in April 2005 at the Orlando Social and they have since put on performances at venues such as the "Spicy Rock Fest" in New Orleans, LA(wahhoo!). Our third gig as a band, the Hard Rock Live in Orlando, FL. Audiology was also one of the finalist bands in the 2005 Zippo hot tour. over 1000 bands signed up, and we were one of the final 10 bands left after winning a showcase for fans and judges. Although we didn't win(do to a lack of online vote), the competition provided the band with a huge promotional leap. After a year of hard work and gigging around the Central Florida area, we won a spot on the 2006 Earthday Birthday Festival(whahoo again). We shared the day with many big name bands such as Staind, Shinedown, Mudvayne, Rob Zombie. April 2006 also brought the release of the first self-titled debut album, which can be obtained online or at a live show. Be sure to pick it up! Late 2006 brought the Final round of the Bodog Battle of the bands, as well as a contest which landed Audiology as the 2007 Universal Hard Rock Hotel House Band. So far in early 2007, Audiology have opened shows for the likes of Tantric and Lennox(Phil Ritchie of Rock Star supernova fame) to name a few.. Stay tuned for a kickass 2007 as Audiology will be a part of VH1's "save the music," as well as "Rocking Idol" in LA!"
